What’s your role at Nolia Roots and what do you do?

As a digital marketing intern at Nolia Roots, I use tools such as GA4 and social media to help purpose-driven brands reach their audience and support their community.

What’s your greatest moment — whether in work, school, business — so far?

This past semester, I juggled 2 internships, co-led 2 clubs, joined 2 honors societies, and took 5 classes while achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA. Honestly, I’m not sure how I pulled it off.

What’s your favorite thing about your job? What are you most excited about?

My past internships were only for three months, so I’m excited to work for six months while working with the CEO and learning a lot about digital marketing.

What motivates you?

Supporting small businesses and my community. In addition, I love to challenge myself and achieve great things.

Who do you love to follow on social media and why?

My favorite creators typically entertain me while making me think about myself and the world. Some of my favorites include Anthpo, Colin and Samir, and Alpharad.

What’s your favorite piece of technology?

It’s a tough race between my phone, my laptop and my PlayStation.

What’s the one app or gadget you think needs to be invented?

The app that teleports anyone from one place to another.

Where can someone find you on a day you’re not at school or work?

I usually hang out at my home or dorm and knock out some homework–but sometimes I go on a big weekend trip.

What’s the best book you’ve read recently?

Building a Storybrand by Donald Miller

What are you podcast recommendations?

For marketing professionals, I highly recommend checking out Colin and Samir. They offer some of the most informative and distinct content and advice for content creators and business owners.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

My PlayStation. After a long day, I played a few games and my exhaustion evaporated.

What’s the most interesting item on your desk?

Either my bullet journal or an origami swan.
