WHAT IS YOUR ROLE AT NOLIA ROOTS AND WHAT DO YOU DO?

I am a digital marketing intern at Nolia Roots. I hope to be working with email creation and marketing while learning more about web analytics such as clicks and conversions.

WHAT’S YOUR GREATEST MOMENT — WHETHER IN WORK, SCHOOL, OR BUSINESS — SO FAR?

My greatest moment was in high school, I joined lacrosse my freshman year and had never played before and I worked really hard and made varsity by my sophomore year and was captain by my senior year.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?/WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED FOR?

I am most excited about learning more about marketing and getting hands-on experience.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

Something that motivates me is self-growth. Knowing that I am always growing and learning more motivates me to work hard.

WHO DO YOU LOVE TO FOLLOW ON TWITTER OR INSTAGRAM AND WHY?

I love to follow OU Women’s Club Lacrosse on Instagram and Twitter because I used to play for them and unfortunately could not this year due to school and work, but I love to see how they are doing this season.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY?

My favorite piece of technology is my phone.

WHAT’S ONE APP OR GADGET YOU THINK NEEDS TO BE INVENTED?

Something that I believe needs to be invented is an app that helps you find open parking spots around college campuses so you don’t have to drive around looking for one and end up being late to class.

WHERE CAN SOMEONE FIND YOU ON A DAY YOU’RE NOT AT SCHOOL OR WORK?

When I am not at school or work, I am usually hanging out with my friends or I’m at the gym.

WHAT’S THE BEST BOOK YOU’VE READ RECENTLY?

The best book I’ve read recently is “My Lovely Wife” by Samantha Downing.

WHAT ARE YOUR PODCAST RECOMMENDATIONS?

My favorite podcast is “Morbid“. It is a true-crime podcast and my favorite part is that every episode is a different story.

WHAT’S ONE THING YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT?

One thing I can’t live without is my friends and family.

WHAT’S THE MOST INTERESTING ITEM ON YOUR DESK?

The most interesting item on my desk is an origami swan.
