WHAT’S YOUR ROLE AT NOLIA AND WHAT DO YOU DO?

I am the Chief Marketing Officer, and I’m in charge of our client strategy and project management coordination. I also lead our client relations efforts to help them get the most out of their relationship with Nolia Roots.

WHAT’S YOUR GREATEST MOMENT — WHETHER IN WORK, SCHOOL, BUSINESS — SO FAR?

Being on a team that works together to help a company progress from Point A to Point B. There’s no greater satisfaction than knowing you had a part—no matter how big or small—in that success.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB?/WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT?

Working with a passionate group of professionals who do things the right way and for the right reasons is what makes me most excited about working at Nolia Roots. The thought of that is what gets me out of bed every morning.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?

Without question, providing the best life possible for my wife and three kids is what motivates me (even though I may not show it all the time). They are my “WHY.”

WHO DO YOU LOVE TO FOLLOW ON TWITTER AND INSTAGRAM AND WHY?

I spend most of my time on social media as a way to relax—and I usually end up going down rabbit holes—so my favorite follows are mostly based on mindless fun. But my favorites are Kickball Dad (@kickballdad on Instagram) because we might be long-lost brothers. And RxCKSTxR (@therxckstxr on Instagram) because anytime you can give animals a voice, it’s pure gold.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY?

My iPhone … period. End of story. Nothing else comes close.

WHAT’S THE ONE APP OR GADGET YOU THINK NEEDS TO BE INVENTED?

I don’t know if there is any way to do it, but I would love an imessage app for my hp. Hp is just the better computer, but sometimes I’d love to be able to send messages from my computer because it can definitely be easier than a phone at times.

WHERE CAN SOMEONE FIND YOU WHEN YOU’RE NOT AT SCHOOL OR WORK?

No doubt, you will most likely find me driving my kids to and from different activities. On the off chance I’m not doing that, I’m probably tinkering on various projects around the house.

Our home is filled with neurodivergent brains, so the I Have ADHD Podcast has been required listening as we learn to manage the symptoms of our ADHD family. If you’re a baseball fan, you will definitely love Is This a Great Game or What?

WHAT’S ONE THING YOU CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT?

Turkey Hill Iced Tea (lemon flavor).

WHAT’S THE MOST INTERESTING ITEM ON YOUR DESK?

A game-used baseball from Game 1 of the 2019 World Series, which was a gift from one of my best friends who was the home plate umpire for that game.
